Change management

Architecture fails when nobody adopts it. We support the transition with the teams who will use it.

The right architecture nobody adopted.

The blueprint was sound. The tool was bought. And the organisation carried on working exactly as it did last year, because nobody answered the question that actually matters: what do I do differently tomorrow, and who helps me when I get stuck.

04

How we support it.

With the teams who will use it, not with a presentation to the committee.

  1. 01Who is affected, and in what — Not a list of departments: the concrete tasks that change, person by person. That is what lets you anticipate where it will hurt.
  2. 02Training on the real work — With the institution’s own data and cases, not a generic example. People learn with what they recognise.
  3. 03Support while it breaks — The first weeks decide adoption. That is where you need to be present, not at the ribbon cutting.

How you know it worked.

Because usage is measured, not attendance at the training. An adoption that can only be evidenced with a signature sheet did not happen.
